Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges

Hi there! We hope you are as thrilled with your stoles as much as we enjoyed creating them!

At Stole Supply, we aim to provide top-notch customer service and exceptional products.

If you need to cancel your recently placed order, please contact us within 24 hours. Unfortunately, cancellations requested after 24 hours cannot be honored.

Due to the personalized nature of the stoles, all sales are final and not eligible for return or exchange. In the unlikely event of an error, please reach out to us immediately.

If we determine that the product you received differs from what was ordered, we'll redo/correct it and re-ship it to you at no cost.

Note:

  • To request a correction, the purchaser must contact Stole Supply within 7 days after delivery. Requests outside this window will not be approved.
  • We will review each case in the order it was received and inform you of our determination within 7 days of receiving your return.
  • To be eligible for correction, the item must be in new and unused condition with all original packaging, and free of any marks, makeup, fragrance, deodorant, etc.
