Ordering
How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed directly on our design now page.
Is there an ordering minimum?
No, there is not!
You can place your order as just a single piece or with multiple stoles.
How long is the production turnaround time?
After the order has been placed, our standard turnaround time is 4 weeks.
Our turnaround time may change depending on the volume of orders we receive.
Current turnaround time can be found at the top of the page!
Do you accept rush orders?
We accept rush orders for an additional fee!
In order to place a rush order, please contact us soon as possible to place your order.
Rush availability is subject to the current schedule and can change at any time.
Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
Edits to your order cannot be made after submission.
If you have changes to your order, please contact us within 24 hours to cancel your order, and resubmit your order with the new changes.
Cancellations are not permitted 24 hours after placing the order.
Changes and cancellations may affect your shipping and delivery date.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, etc.)
Returns and Cancellations
Can I cancel my order?
You can contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to cancel the order.
Cancellations requested after 24 hours, when the stole is in production, will not be honored.
Can I return my order?
Due to the customized nature of our stoles, there is a strict no returns, refunds, or exchanges policy.
If there is a manufacturing defect in your product, please contact us immediately.
I received my order and there is a mistake, what can I do?
If a mistake is made by us, we will fix or remake the product at no cost to you!
Please contact us as soon as possible so we may review the case.
If the mistake is due to customer error (typos, incorrect information) we may be able to correct the issue for additional fee, please contact us for more information. We make no guarantee that the error will be fixable.
Shipping
How will I know when my order has been shipped?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification and tracking number.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
We currently only ship to the United States and Canada.
How do I calculate my shipping cost?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.
You can simply add your items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page in which you will be offered different shipping methods and their respective prices.
Materials and Care
What materials are graduation stoles made out of?
All of our stoles are made out of 100% polyester satin material.
How do I care for my graduation stole?
We recommend hand or machine washing your stoles in cold settings only.
To dry your stole, lay flat to dry, do not machine dry.
To ensure that your stole keeps its clean look, please refrain from bleaching or ironing.
